Apex Belting’s rubber manufacturing plant fabricates overband magnet belts, with integrally moulded rubber cleats. Our flexible manufacturing process allows short lead times, even for non-standard products.
Flat Rubber belts - available for many conveying situations and manufactured in various compounds including oil resistant, impact, abrasion and high temperature resistance.
Apex manufactures Eddy Current belts using state of the art fabrication machinery. Various height and size of sidewall and cleats can be fabricated to both PVC and PU belts. Apex can also offer our unique PVG belt with its abuse and rip resistant qualities.
PVG Belts - These versatile belts offer moderate oil resistance. Rugged solid woven carcasses give excellent abuse and tear resistant capabilities.
Especially designed with waste disposal in mind the integrally moulded V6 belt is ideal for incline application. The unique 6mm high profile is moulded over the entire belt surface and positioned to ensure even-flow, the cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return rollers.
Cleated Belts - Enabling conveying on inclines to prevent produce roll back manufactured in EP Rubber with integrally moulded cleats or PVG with fabricated Cleat profiles.
Out-feed belts for waste shredding machines are manufactured from 3 or 4 ply rubber belts with hot moulded chevrons to suit specific machine types: Hammel, Doppstadt, Eurec, Powerscreen. Hammel 1400mm wide chevron available from stock.
