Apex Belting are proud to sponsor Lara Spicer on her entry to the Junior American Cup UK.

Lara Spicer is a fantastic young driver, following in her grandfather, Nick Spicers, footsteps and we are delighted to sponsor Lara and her car for the upcoming 2022 season.

We look forward to watching Lara race.

The Apex team will be taking part in the Snowdon Night Climb challenge in June in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and St Nicholas Hospice Care.

The team will begin in the town of Llanberis, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this tricky challenge will see our team and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon….at night… in the dark!

This night time challenge will test our physical and mental limits but our efforts will be rewarded by knowing that all our hard work is going towards raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and St Nicholas Hospice who cared for Nick Spicer; our late colleague who sadly passed away in December 2021.

We are aiming to raise £2,000 in total. Any donations would be greatly appreciated; and will be collected via our JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/steve-pimbley

This year we are proud to sponsor Ross Pimbley, Craig Neal and Steve Poultry on their London-Paris Charity Cycle ride Sept 2nd-6th, a tough challenge but the boys are training hard.  The ride is in aid of the St. Nicholas Hospice, our very own local Hospice here in Bury St Edmunds, and they are aiming to raise at least £4,500.  We wish the boys good luck and look forward to hearing what times they manage to achieve for this 500Km ride.

Following the Demonstration Road Race around the ring road at the Coventry Motofest. Nick Spicer our General Manager continues to show the youngsters how it’s done. With 2 rounds left to go he is currently on row 3 of the grid for The Rebels World final being held on September 20th, so we wish him the very best of luck for his continued success.

Apex sponsors local mums on an Arctic expedition to cross country ski a full marathon across the snowy wilderness to raise funds for Walk the Walk breast cancer charities and helped the team raise in excess of £60,000.
