Annually, the team takes part in a charity day. In the past we have volunteered to support local businesses and charities such as St Nicolas Hospice and Addenbrookes Stroke Association as well as taken part in various challenges such as cycling from London to Paris and 10k park runs.

Our next charity day will take part in June 2022 in aid of St Nicholas Hospice and Macmillan. The team will be taking on the challenge to climb Snowdon throughout the night (midnight challenge) to raise awareness and funds for the charities. The ascent will take approximately 5-7 hours. Wish us luck!

A range of training courses are offered to employees, which provides our team with support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting their wellbeing and performance. We are also an inclusive workplace with gender diversity and equity, and offer equality, diversity and inclusion training.
